Westerley, in Westcliff-on-Sea, is a residential care home for older people, located a short drive from the centre of Southend-on-Sea in Essex. The property was converted from a hotel in 1947 and opened as a home in 1949, and it was extended in 2001. The home has 20 registered beds, with 19 rooms, five of which can be shared by married couples. All rooms are en suite, and bedrooms are reached by a passenger lift.
