Inspectors found that Portland Domiciliary, a supported living service for up to 12 people with a learning disability and/or autism across 12 bungalows, was supporting 11 people when visited in late 2023. Staffing levels were sufficient to keep people safe, and the environment was described as safe, clean, well equipped and personalised, with people's bungalows reflecting their own tastes. However, inspectors judged that people were not always involved in planning their support or the service, and that continuity of care and understanding of individual needs were inconsistent.
