Spencefield Grange is a residential care home in Evington, Leicester, with 60 registered beds. Residents are supported to stay as independent as possible and to take part in choosing their personal care plans. Bedrooms come fully furnished, and residents are encouraged to personalise them with their own colours and soft furnishings. Communal seating areas, a safe enclosed garden and a regular programme of activities, including bingo, music therapy, quizzes and adapted exercise classes, are also offered. The Care Quality Commission rated the home Good overall in its 2025 report, with Good ratings for safety, effectiveness, caring, responsiveness and leadership.
