Inspectors visited Arbor House on 10 and 11 August 2022 and found that people and their relatives felt safe there. Staff were trained, understood safeguarding and supported people to make choices in the least restrictive way, and risks were assessed and reviewed. Medicines were handled safely, staff were recruited and supervised properly, and the home was clean and well run, with the registered manager seen as approachable.
