Inspectors found that people were kept safe, with their risks assessed and reviewed regularly, and that their choices and independence were encouraged, with support given in the least restrictive way. Staff reported good teamwork and backing from managers, and the team worked well with outside health and social care professionals. At the time of the visit the home was supporting 23 adults, some of whom live with dementia.
- Staffing numbers were sufficient for people's needs, and recruitment checks were carried out to confirm staff were suitable for their roles.
- Medicines were handled safely and in the way people preferred, and infection control and PPE use were in place.
