Rapid Care

Rapid Care is a home care agency that provides care and support in people's own homes across Medway and Swale, with its office in Chatham, Kent. Visits range from short half-hour calls to round-the-clock live-in care, and the agency can manage medication as part of a package. Each package begins with a free assessment, and the care plan is agreed with the person receiving it.

The agency began as a small family business in Rainham and has since grown into a homecare provider in Kent. Its care coordinators know each client by name, and managers take calls directly. Carers are encouraged to share what they notice, as those who visit regularly are often first to see a change.
