About
Moorland Gardens Care Home is an 80-bed home run by Bondcare, set in its own grounds about a mile from Luton town centre. It provides residential, nursing and dementia care, and supports people living with mental health needs, physical disabilities and older age. Rooms have en suite toilet and washroom facilities, and staff speak several languages, including English, Polish, Romanian and Urdu.
Residents can use the gardens, help care for the animals in the home's chicken house, and take part in a weekly activity programme that includes crafts, bingo and a knitting and sewing club. Meals are served three times a day, with mid-morning snacks and afternoon tea, and Wi-Fi and visitor parking are free. The Care Quality Commission rated the home Requires Improvement overall in its 2026 report, and gave the same grade for each of its five key questions.
