Staff were described as caring, friendly and respectful, with close relationships, and they encouraged people to stay as independent as they wished. Enough staff were employed to meet people's needs.

- Staff did not always attend calls on time to provide the personal care people needed. The registered manager acted promptly to make sure this did not happen again.
