Agincare Enable Hampshire

Agincare Enable Hampshire is a home care agency, providing care and support in people's own homes from its office in New Milton, in the New Forest, Hampshire. It supports older people aged 65 and over, younger adults under 65, and people with learning disabilities. The agency describes a range of fully managed and flexible care arrangements, which it says are available nationwide. Each person's care is set out in a person-centred care plan and risk assessment, with support from a dedicated care manager and care supervisor, and a 24-hour on-call emergency line. Agincare Enable Hampshire employs and pays its care workers, including live-in carers, and says it provides their training, supervision and support. If a care worker falls ill, the agency is responsible for arranging a replacement.
