Vida Hall is a dementia care home in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, with 70 registered beds. It is run by Vida Healthcare and provides specialist care for people living with dementia, with residents in the home's Meadow View house. One staff member has qualified as a PIDC coach and focuses on reducing restraint in residents' care. The wellbeing lead supports residents emotionally, cognitively, spiritually and physically, and helps them build bonds and trust with staff.
Catering is overseen by a chef whose earlier career included high-end restaurants and wedding and events catering. Reception staff are often the first people residents, families and visitors meet.
