The Manor House is a care home for people, some of whom may have learning disabilities, with five bungalows in its grounds. At the time of the visit it was supporting 16 people. Inspectors found that staff focused on helping people build skills, become more independent and try new things, including positive risk taking, and that people felt fulfilled and led active lives.
