About

Streets Meadow is a purpose-built home in Wimborne Minster, a historic market town in south Dorset. It provides residential, respite and dementia care for up to 60 people, in 60 bedrooms that each have an ensuite bathroom. Some rooms overlook the landscaped gardens and nearby parkland. Each bedroom has a television and a call bell, and there is also a call bell in the bathroom.

Hot meals are served every day, and special dietary needs are catered for. The home has an in-house laundry, a hair salon and a visiting chiropodist. Residents can join outings on Fridays, and a hired bus is available for longer journeys. Community mental health teams and memory services work with the home, and district nurses from nearby surgeries visit almost every day.
