Springboig Care Home is a 70-bed home in a residential area of Glasgow's east end, close to public transport links and the M8 motorway. It provides residential, nursing and dementia care for people with physical frailty or dementia. Rooms are private and all have en-suite facilities, and two larger suites are available for couples or friends who wish to share.
Care plans are drawn up with each resident within the first few days of arrival, setting out their needs and preferences. Each resident has a named key worker or nurse, chosen in consultation with them, who takes responsibility for their care, including any medication and treatment.
