If your relative lived at Rowan Garth Care Home

  1. Contact Liverpool council's adult social care team. The council can help arrange a new home, and must step in to keep care going when a provider fails, including for people who pay for their own care (Care Act 2014).
  2. If they pay for themselves, a care adviser can shortlist care homes with space nearby, free.
  3. Before choosing, read the new home's latest CQC report and visit if you can.
