Reach April Cottage is a residential care home in Stoke Poges, near Slough in Berkshire, providing support for people with physical disabilities. The home has six registered beds. The downstairs has been adapted for residents with little or no mobility who need space and easy access, including for large wheelchairs and any equipment they bring. Two ground-floor bedrooms have en suite extra-large wetrooms, and two further downstairs bedrooms are provided for residents with limited mobility, alongside a shower room. Two bedrooms upstairs share one bathroom.
The home is on a quiet side road and has a large private garden enclosed by walls and trees, with parking behind an entrance gate. The house has been modernised throughout, with new bathrooms and refitted kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Slough town centre, with its range of activities, is a short distance away, and the M4 can be reached at junctions 5 and 6.
