Inspectors visited Polonia Residential Home, a care home for up to nine older people, mainly from eastern European backgrounds living with dementia, on 6 April 2023 and found eight residents living there. Staff were described as knowing how to spot and report abuse, with individual risks assessed and managed, and there were enough staff to meet people's needs. The report notes improved staff training and supervision, a clean home with good infection control, and a quality assurance process that has driven improvements since the last inspection.
