Partnership Care & Support

Partnership Care & Support is a home care agency, delivering care and support in people's own homes from an office in Merton, London. It provides both regulated and non-regulated services for people with complex needs, with help across all aspects of daily living. The agency supports people with dementia, older people, younger adults, physical disabilities, mental health needs and learning disabilities.
