Inspectors visited Lady Spencer House, a residential home for up to 24 adults, some living with dementia, in February 2023. They found people felt safe, staffing levels were sufficient, and medicines, care plans and risk assessments were handled well. Staff were described as kind and respectful, and there was a varied programme of activities and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
