Job's Close is a registered charity and not-for-profit residential care home in Solihull, West Midlands, serving older people in Knowle and the surrounding area for more than 60 years. The home occupies an Edwardian building on Lodge Road with 35 registered beds, en suite rooms, several sitting rooms and dining areas, and a garden overlooking Knowle Park. It is within walking distance of Knowle's shops, pubs and restaurants.
Care is provided by qualified staff around the clock, and the home aims to use familiar staff rather than agency workers. Residents are encouraged to keep up their own routines and may come and go as they wish. The Care Quality Commission rated the home Requires Improvement overall in its 2025 report. Its Safe area was rated Inadequate, its Effective and Well-led areas Requires Improvement, and its Caring and Responsive areas Good.
