Hazeldene Care Home is a 60-bed home in the village of Wilpshire, north of Blackburn, run by Sage Care Homes Group. It provides residential, dementia and respite care, with residential care delivered across the Hazel Up & Down units and dementia care in the Dene unit. The building has extensive communal areas, and residents are encouraged to personalise and decorate their bedrooms.
