Inspectors visited this 19-resident care home unannounced in March 2023 and rated it requires improvement overall, down from good at the previous inspection. People said they felt safe, the rooms were personalised and clean, food was well regarded, and staff were described as kind. Medicines were managed through an electronic system, but some controlled medicines were not accurately recorded, and communication and management oversight were not always effective.
