Inspectors found that people receiving care for dementia, learning disabilities, mental health needs or physical disabilities were supported by staff who understood their individual needs and encouraged their independence. Staff were trained and safely recruited, staffing levels met people's needs, and medicines and infection control were managed safely. The registered manager was described as visible and open, and staff and relatives felt able to raise concerns with her.
