Inspectors visited Danesmoor Residential Care Home in November 2021 for a focused review of safe, responsive and well-led care after concerns about medicines, care practices, records and management. They found people felt safe, staff were kind and attentive, and staffing levels met people's needs. Care plans were up to date, activities were provided, and the registered manager used audits and feedback from people, relatives and staff to improve the service.
