Inspectors found the home safe, with staff trained in safeguarding, risks managed with minimal restrictions, medicines handled well and enough suitable staff on duty. People were treated with kindness and compassion, the atmosphere was described as calm and relaxed, and staff knew residents' needs and preferences.
