About
Ann Slade Care Home is a family-run residential home in Southport, offering residential, respite and EMI dementia care for 24 residents, all in rooms with a private ensuite. The home was first established in 1946 and was renamed in 1997 in honour of a former matron. Its building has ramps and a lift installed in 2025, along with a living area, a dining room and landscaped gardens. Activities are planned after an assessment of each resident's interests and memory needs, and meals are prepared in-house.
