Compact Personnel Ltd is a home care agency based in Manchester, North West England, providing care and support in people's own homes. Support is shaped around each person's needs, with the aim of building independence, choice and self-determination. The agency helps people take part in community activities such as hiking, rock climbing, horse riding, cycling, swimming and boating, and supports them to take positive risks as they grow in confidence and independence.
